Kim has spent over 20 years teaching and serving in higher education. Through her doctoral studies in Learning Technologies at Pepperdine University and her time as a professor, faculty developer, instructional designer, LMS administrator, and instructional technologist, she has studied the intricate nature of learning and learning technologies in both formal and informal environments.
